The Resource Centre is a library which stocks books, CDs and DVDs about mental health; including issues pertaining to ill-health, treatment, recovery, advocacy, history or the political arena.

 

Visiting hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

 

Location: Level 5, 80 William St, East Sydney

Resource Centre Catalogue (EXCEL) 

We welcome anyone with an interest in mental health including students, consumers, carers or allied health professionals.

We also offer free internet access for those people who wish to undertake mental health research but do not own a personal computer.

There are a number of effective online courses that consumers can undertake, using our facilities. Please contact us for further information and to book ahead: (02) 9339 6000.

Borrowing Privileges
You don’t have to be a member of any of the partner organisations to borrow books. If you live outside of the Sydney Metro area, we are happy to post material to you (provided you undertake to return it). The length of the loan is 3 weeks. Note that most of the reference books are not available for loan.

The Mental Health Resource Centre is a partnership project between the Mental Health Association NSW, Consumer Advisory Group, and Mental Health Carers ARAFMI NSW.
