Could your life include more joy, support or meaning? How would this make a difference to your mental health?

Celebrate, Connect, Grow encourages all of us to act on the big and small things we can do to increase our own wellbeing.  And the wellbeing of those around us.

This Mental Health Month is about celebrating the positive events in your life, as well as the strengths and values that have helped you through more challenging times.

It is about connecting with others by paying attention to your close relationships, or by reaching out and making new friends.

And it is about growing: expanding your horizons and trying something new that creates meaning and purpose for you.

Are you thinking about organising a Mental Health Month event in 2012?

We’ll be developing lots of new resources to assist local organisers to plan Mental Health Month community events in 2012.

A Starter Kit containing all the information you need, including order forms, and small grant application forms, will be released on 1 June 2012.

We can’t wait to find out about your great ideas and are excited about working with you again in 2012!
